TT Computer Solutions respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide.

We collect only the information necessary to provide computer repair, managed IT services, cybersecurity, networking, cloud services, remote support, and customer service.

Information collected may include your name, phone number, email address, business information, and service requests.

We never sell or rent customer information. Information is shared only when required by law or with trusted payment processors to complete authorized transactions.

Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are used to protect customer information.

Terms & Conditions

By requesting services from TT Computer Solutions, you authorize us to perform diagnostics, repair, installation, networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and consulting services.

Service estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Additional charges may apply if additional problems are discovered during service.

Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of all important data before service begins. TT Computer Solutions is not responsible for data loss resulting from hardware failure, software corruption, or pre-existing issues.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued only when services have not been performed or at the discretion of management.

Diagnostic fees, labor charges, software installations, remote support sessions, and completed services are generally non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of service completion.

TT Computer Solutions provides professional computer repair and IT services on a best-effort basis.

Although every effort is made to resolve technical issues successfully, we cannot guarantee repair of every hardware or software problem.

Electronic devices may contain hidden defects or experience unforeseen failures during or after service. By authorizing service, customers acknowledge these inherent risks.
